Welcome to The Office Slayer! We stand at the cusp of a once-in-a-generation shift in the workforce. In 2023, Gen Z and Millennial professionals will outnumber earlier generations. This, coupled with other transformations in the workplace, such as AI and digital transformation, hybrid work, matrix organisations have created huge stresses in the workplace. With my more than two decades' professional experience leading and managing multi-generational teams within Enterprise organisations and the Public Sector across 3 continents, I can understand and relate to the perspectives and aspirations of GenZ/Millennial professionals, as well as their GenX or Boomer managers and leaders.
